Gary is a Chartered Town Planner with over 19 years of experience gained in both the private and public sectors, working in both planning policy and development management. He has joined KEPlanning from the Government of Jersey Planning Department, prior to which he worked in Bristol for an international planning consultancy.
Gary has experience of planning applications, site appraisals, planning appeals, legal agreements, viability assessments, and site promotion, and has worked with clients gaining planning permission for major residential, office, leisure, tourism, industrial, retail, student accommodation and heritage projects.
Outside of the world of planning Gary enjoys kitesurfing, kayaking, cycling, and walking his dog on the beach.
